Fruit-Seed-Buckwheat Breakfast

Cereal:

1 cup Sprouted Buckwheat (Red or White Quinoa, Amaranth)
2 cups clean filtered water
Pinch High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)

  • Place in pot (preferably glass or stainless steel)
    Bring to boil

  • Lower to medium-low heat
    Cook until soft with a light texture

  • Option to soak in favorite plant-milk (coconut is easy to digest)

Fruit Topping:

Fresh Berries! (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)

Seed Topping:

2 tbsp Sprouted Seed (Pumpkin, Sunflower)
High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)
Filtered water
Blender

  • Place seeds in blender

  • Add enough water to cover the seeds

  • Blend medium, occasionally increase to high
    ***preventing heat is crucial
