Fruit-Seed-Buckwheat Breakfast
Cereal:
1 cup Sprouted Buckwheat (Red or White Quinoa, Amaranth)
2 cups clean filtered water
Pinch High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)
Place in pot (preferably glass or stainless steel)
Bring to boilLower to medium-low heat
Cook until soft with a light textureOption to soak in favorite plant-milk (coconut is easy to digest)
Fruit Topping:
Fresh Berries! (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
Seed Topping:
2 tbsp Sprouted Seed (Pumpkin, Sunflower)
High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)
Filtered water
Blender
Place seeds in blender
Add enough water to cover the seeds
Blend medium, occasionally increase to high
