Sprouted Quinoa Rice

1 cup Sprouted Quinoa (or Buckwheat, Amaranth)
2 cups clean filtered Water
Pinch High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)
1 Yellow Onion cut in 1/6ths
4-6 cloves Garlic crushed
Powdered Onion and Garlic (adds more flavor)

  • Place all in pot (preferably glass or stainless steel)
    Bring to boil

  • Lower to medium-low heat
    Cook until soft with a light texture
