Grated potato: place on a piece of gauze or cut out paper towel to cover over your eyes. Place grated potato over it. Goal is to allow the juices to soak through and coat the eyelid while closed. Cover with cut out of plastic to keep moist. Change frequently enough to keep fresh and clean.
Onion Broth: boil an onion cut in fours, ~15minutes start with high, then medium heat. When cooled enough for skin contact, soak gauze or paper towel, and let is sit. Cover with cut out of plastic to keep moist. Change frequently enough to keep fresh and clean.
Raspberry Leaf Tea: steep 20 minutes, and same steps as onion broth.
***There are other natural ingredients that can draw as well, but these few ingredients are gentle and does not sting the eye.

Use the onion broth or Raspberry Leaf Tea soaked gauze or paper towel. Make one cold and keep one hot/warm. Best practice is dip multiple gauzes in the hot or cold onion broth in separate cups/bowl.

ok to repeat throughout the day minimum 1x/day, up to 3-4x/day or as needed.
drink the rest of the broth or tea if have excess, or make enough to drink as well as topical contrast compress therapy.
