Coffee, fruit juice, sodas have become an essential part of our lives…let me rephrase. We have come to believe these stimulating drinks are an essential to our lives. But the only drink we truly need is H2O.

Our bodies have become riddled with disease and sickness of varying degrees. To some, it has become way of life and accepted as reality. But once we change some of our existing habits which we do not realize is bad for us, our bodies will tell us that it is getting better.

General Rule of Thumb: all liquids is best 1-hr before meals, 2-3hrs after meals, so as to not interfere with health digestion of our foods

Drinks

  • Life-giving Water

    Purpose: Besides the obvious, of all the drinks, water is all we need. We have other drinks for different purposes due to the disease state most of us humans are in. But pure neutral water is the best for the body’s health!

    When not sick

    • Neutral pH7 water is best!

    • Half your weight.

    • Change lbs to oz (do not convert, just change the unit)

    • Convert oz to cups

    • This is how much water is needed for each person

    When sick

    • Alkaline up to pH9

    • drink similar volume of water as usual and a little more if possible

    • go back to pH7 neutral water once well

  • Soothing Lemon Water

    Purpose: detox every day

    • half a lemon (slices or wedges)

    • 1-2cups of water

    • squeeze juice and drop into water for 30mins-overnight or all day

    • drink in empty to alkalize the stomach and gut

    To protect the teeth enamel, best not to sip all day. Have in the morning, and consider cucumber infused water if needing something for sipping.

    Use of a straw also helps to prevent frequent direct contact over the teeth enamel.

  • Fresh Vege Juice

    Purpose: supplement our meals which may lack vitamins and minerals due to poor soil quality of the produce during farming.

    • Slow masticating juicer

    • Enough for 1/2-1cup

    Non-sweet for Diabetic

    • Cucumber, kale, spinach, celery, lemon, ginger

    Sweeter for non-Diabetic

    • Carrot + the above

    Other greens options: swiss chard, romaine lettuce

    Other anti-inflammatory boosters: turmeric root

    Juice and Drink right away without storing.

  • Refresher Drink

    Purpose: alkalize and fight infection

    • 1 lemon - juice

    • 2 cloves garlic

    • pinch of mineral salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Pure Sea)

    • 1 cup or more water

    • Mixer/blender

    Add all in mixer, blend until garlic is fine enough

    Serve!

  • Comfort Drink: Onion Broth

    Purpose: boost of anti-inflammatory ingredients to fight sickness

    • 1 onion cut

    • ginger root sliced, keep peel

    • 4 cloves garlic smashed once, keep peel

    • fresh turmeric root sliced, keep peel

    • 3-5cups water

    • pinch of mineral salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Pure Sea)

    • Pot

    Boil all in pot high then simmer medium low for minimum 1hr

  • Tasty and Crisp Herbal Replacer

    Purpose: For those who want to enjoy a nice nutritious and anti-inflammatory herbal drink and those wanting to break free from a bad drink addiction (caffeinated sodas, zero calorie sweet drinks, etc)

    Your favorite herbal tea leaf non-caffeine

    • Chamomile

    • Lavender

    • Peppermint

    • Hibiscus

    • Rooibos

    Other Ingredients or Materials :

    • Honey

    • Lemon Slice/Wedge

    • Orange Slice/Wedge

    • Refrigerator

    Method:

    • Steep tea leaves up to 20minutes.

    • Add honey.

    • Cool down in fridge.

    • Add fresh squeezed lemon or orange juice to your liking.

    • Either store many jars of this in fridge or one large batch.

    • When using smaller mason jars that you can grab and go, it can feel similar to grabbing a soda and have the effect of replacing this part of the habit that gratifies the want of a soda.

    The Effects:

    • Honey is nutritious and replaces the fake artificial sugars and gives energy replacing caffeine.

    • Citrus (lemon or orange) and coolness combined replaces the crisp refreshing feeling of the carbonated drinks

    • Overall depth flavor is amazing and REAL! Replaces the flavor artificial of the sodas.

    Goal: Eventually, it is best to work toward room temperature drinks. But for those who are used to cold drinks, at first, starting with the refrigerated herbal drink is a big step forward.
