A real Breakfast Cereal

After a church event for Mother’s day, where I prepared this as a Fresh Sweet meal option, this was put together quickly at my work breakroom for my team.

Cook (boil) some sprouted quinoa (can use different pseudograins) with a pinch of Celtic or Himalayan salt. It is ok if it is still warm, rather, preferred. Stack is as you see in the photo with fruits, fill with home-made fresh coconut milk (I had it chilled overnight) and sprinkle some sprouted sunflower seeds over it. Ok to season with some more salt and drizzle of Raw Honey or Organic Maple Syrup.

I have had feedback of easier digestion after doing this consistently for breakfast instead of the typical American breakfast that has gluten, sugar, and pan-fried goods! Some have lost weight also.
