1 Corinthians 10:31 

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

 

Immune building drinks that can heal and restore health, our bodies, the temple of God.

We can represent our Creator by setting an example of making healthy choices, which show that we respect our bodies, and that we know we are highly valued. Valued enough for the Creator of the Universe to die for us. In humility, if we live by this example for the right reasons, not for selfishness, someone out there who really needed to know that they are special, loved, and treasured, may feel motivated to live again and find purpose. And this is how we glorify God!

Drinks and waters should be done independent of your meals, unless the drink requires having it with a meals. Give at least 30mins of time or more around your meals for drinks. We don’t want to dilute the stomach acids and enzymes too much which can disrupt the digestion process.

Bring to boil, simmer on med-low for 1-3hours before your first cup!

ALKALIZE: LEMON GARLIC DRINK

When Sick

Vitamix: Blend, strain (cheesecloth or nut milk bag), enjoy with a meal!

Slow-juicer: juice, mix in 1cup water, enjoy with a meal!

Prevention

Vitamix: Blend, enjoy with a meal if needed, otherwise drink as is.

DETOX: ACTIVATED CHARCOAL DRINK

  • 1 tsp-tbsp activated hardwood or coconut charcoal powder

  • 1 tsp-tbsp ginger powder (helps reduce constipation that can occur from more frequent charcoal)

  • 1 cup warm water or room temperature

Drink in empty stomach! If stomach is upset after food, it is ok to drink it after the meal.

When sick: 3x per day with plenty of water

Prevention: 1-3x per week, ok to make more dilute
