Tangy Savory Creams
Ingredients:
1 cup raw sunflower seeds, soaked overnight (pre-sprouted seeds, at least 2hrs soak to soften)
1/2-1cup water
1-2 tsbp fresh squeezed lemon juice (start with less)
1 tsp onion powder
pinch unrefined salt (Celtic, Himalayan, Real), can add a little more to taste
blender or food processor
handful of dillweed
chopped chives
How to make:
Soaked sunflower seeds wash clean and drain
Place in blender with ½ cup water. Add all ingredients, except dill and chives.
Blend (watch not to overheat, stop and go as needed).
If needed, add small increments of water for creamy consistency.
Final lower power blend with some dill.
Let sit in fridge 20+minutes before serving
Optional: sprinkle chopped chives or chopped dill over the cream.

1-2 tsbp fresh squeezed lemon juice (start with less)
1 tsp onion powder

Soaked cashews, wash clean and drain:
Place in blender with ½ cup water. Add all ingredients except chives. Blend.
