Light Lemon-Salt Dressing

Sliced Red Onions
Sprinkle of Celtic or other unrefined salts
Lemon

• Place onions in a bowl

• Sprinkle salt over the onions

• Squeeze lemon juice over the salt

• Mix gently

• Let sit for 5 minutes before tossing into salad
