Fresh Salad
Salad:
1/2 head chopped Romaine Lettuce
1/4 very thinly sliced Red Onion
1-2 stalk very thinly sliced Green Onion
1/2 thinly sliced Carrot
1/2 avocado sliced
If nightshades can be tolerated:
1 tomato
1/4-1/2 Bell Pepper (red, orange yellow)
Place all except avocado in a salad bowl
Toss well (this can enhance flavor)
