Remedies:

  • contrast hydrotherapy: hot and cold alternation

  • poultices: charcoal, grated potato, grated ginger, cabbage leaves, comfrey, turmeric

  • topical applications: arnica gel, comfrey ointment/oil

  • exercise: stimulates new cells to be formed

  • hydration: drink water and healing herbal teas (non-caffeinated)

  • sleep: what you do during the day will impact the night

    • be diligent with the above day time remedies and use do hydrotherapy and apply poultices or gel/ointment to sleep in

      • make extra poultices to swap out middle of the night

    • healing sleep herbs: hops, chamomile, lemon balm, peppermint, valerian, passion flower

Golden Rule: Pure Blood

All remedies are geared towards delivering pure healthy blood to the site of injury to heal it. If the blood is impure, this can be an obstacle. Therefore whole healthy lifestyle is very important.
