topical applications: arnica gel, comfrey ointment/oil
exercise: stimulates new cells to be formed
hydration: drink water and healing herbal teas (non-caffeinated)
sleep: what you do during the day will impact the night
be diligent with the above day time remedies and use do hydrotherapy and apply poultices or gel/ointment to sleep in
make extra poultices to swap out middle of the night
healing sleep herbs: hops, chamomile, lemon balm, peppermint, valerian, passion flower
