Fruit
Galatians 5:22-23 ESV
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
Ezekiel 47:12 NKJV
Along the bank of the river, on this side and that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food; their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fail. They will bear fruit every month, because their water flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for medicine.
Fruit
God created fruits which are whole, with balance, in a way that is most compatible with our bodies when consumed. But Modern science tend to use the reductionist approach which causes them to isolate every compound. The danger of this is those isolates do not act or behave the same way as when they are a part of the whole plant or fruit. What this means is, as an isolate, the study may conclude there is harm to the human body, but as a whole food, it is perfectly safe and balanced, and does not cause the same side effects. Not knowing this context can rob the individual of the opportunity to receive nourishment from these superfoods that have much healing properties to our bodies.
I have quoted a very knowledgeable colleague, Randall LaCelle, on this subject below. He provides research for everyone’s studies.
“..Modern science uses a reductionist approach… Iodine outside of food imbalances the system and thyroid overtime but from food it never will.
Fructose isolated does great harm. Fructose in fruit does no harm. You're exactly right, God designed the fruit perfectly and as a whole it is healing, provides good energy, and is an amazing food.
When people were fed 20 servings of fruit, essentially 4 times the "fructose toxicity" level, or 8 soda cans equivalent worth of sugar, they experienced absolutely zero adverse effects. Despite this extremely high level of sugar, it had no negative impacts, only benefit including benefits for diabetic profiles:

A second study that also had people eating 20 servings of fruit a day, again, found zero negative effects and even improvement in colon cancer which should have been "fed" by this high fructose-if we accept the notion that fruit feeds cancer:

Increasing fruit consumption by 100g/day, (twice the "fructose toxicity" level), was inversely associated with risk of bladder cancer in women. At worst fruit has no negative effects on bladder cancer, at best it is inversely associated in women... meaning mild protection.

When fruit is restricted, we see disease progress, not decline. In a study of 63 men and women, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, when fruit intake was reduced, there was not a single benefit. Fruit is very healing for diabetics if they cut all processed fat out and eat simply.
