    • Use garlic onion ginger to boil and allow the baby to be in an environment or some of the steam can be naturally breathed in.

    • Steep oregano leaves + whole stevia leaf (can be cut smaller) for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. Give A few drops or half a teaspoon at a time based on age size, few times a day. Other option, dilute into water.

    • One or two drops of black seed oil with solid meals/breast feeding.

    • Probiotic powder on mom's breast for breastfeeding or sprinkle over some of the solid meals.

    • 1/2 lemon squeezed in 1 cup lemon, 1 garlic clove. Tiny pinch mineral salt (Celtic). Blend with stevia leaf. Ok to strain. Few sips at a time or 1/4cup based on age/weight.
