Pine Nut Grain Puree
2 cups well cooked grain. Brown Rice is the traditional grain. But for those with gut health issues, you can use Quinoa or Buckwheat. Amaranth may not work well.
Sprouted is best for both! Not only for digestion, but enhanced flavor and nutrition.
1/2 cup pin nuts (dry, no need to soak).
1/4 teaspoon Celtic Salt (or Himalayan, or Real salt)
1/2 cup Fresh made Almond Milk. Water is traditional and should be used for those with gut health issues if your therapeutic diet avoids nuts.
Pair with Fresh Vegan Kimchi. Ferments are great but only fresh ferments. Over fermented foods can be harmful. Moderation is key. 1-wk seems to be a good balance and anything older than that consider limiting or avoiding.
