Optional Light Meal

  • Berry-Seed Smoothie

    • 1 8oz (1cup) Berries (Raspberry, Blueberry, Blackberry or Strawberry) Any combination or one type

    • Enough Plant Milk to cover the berries ~1+cup (Coconut Milk, Almond Milk)

    • 1/8 tsp or Sprinkle Unrefined High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)

    • Sprouted Seeds (add one of each type):

      >Nutty: Pumpkin or Sunflower

      >Sticky: Flax or Chia (soak 3 hours before using makes easier to digest)

    • 1/2-1 tbsp raw Honey or combine with Manuka Honey for higher boost of minerals

    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Optional:

    • 1 Partially Green Banana (makes less tart)

    • 2-5 Medjool Dates

    • Sprinkle Carob Powder before serving (chocolaty nutty)

    Blend

    • do not blend high for too long to prevent heat

    ***Those with leaky gut or any other autoimmune issues trying to heal the gut, best to avoid nuts and nut milk. Coconut milk is the milk of choice during therapeutic phase of your diet regimen.

  • Tips

    Strawberries alone tastes great.

    Raspberries and Blueberries when used together has a depth of flavor.

    Use plant milk in moderation to reduce liquid for the sake of good digestion.
