Optional Light Meal

  • Berry-Seed Smoothie

    • 1 8oz (1cup) Berries (Raspberry, Blueberry, Blackberry) Any combination or one type

    • 1/2-1 Granny Smith Apple (green apple)

    • Enough Plant Milk to cover the berries ~1+cup (Coconut Milk, Almond Milk)

    • 1/8 tsp or pinch of Unrefined High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)

    • Sprouted Seeds (add one of each type):

      >Nutty Type: Pumpkin or Sunflower

      >Sticky Type: Flax or Chia (can soak 3 hours before using to make easier to digest)

    • 1tsp-1 tbsp raw Honey or combine with Manuka Honey for higher boost of minerals

    • 1-2tbsp roasted Carob Powder

    Optional:

    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    • 1 Partially Green Banana (makes less tart)

    • 1-2 Medjool Dates

    • Sprinkle Carob Powder before serving (chocolaty nutty)

    Blend

    • do not blend high for too long to prevent heat

    ***Those with leaky gut or any other autoimmune or inflammatory issues trying to heal the gut, best to avoid nuts and nut milk. Coconut milk is the milk of choice during therapeutic phase of your diet regimen.

  • Tips

    Raspberries and Blueberries when used together has a depth of flavor.

    Use plant milk in moderation to reduce liquid for the sake of good digestion.
