1 cup Sprouted Pseudograin (Buckwheat, Red or White Quinoa)
2 cups clean filtered water
Pinch High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)Place in pot (preferably glass or stainless steel)
Bring to boilLower to medium-low heat
Cook until soft with a light texture

2 tbsp Sprouted Seed (Pumpkin, Sunflower)
High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)
Filtered water
BlenderPlace seeds in blender
Add enough water to cover the seeds
Blend medium, occasionally increase to high

1 cup Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries Pomegranate
Wash well

How to put together
Place cooked sprouted grains in your favorite bowl
Top with fruits & sprouted seeds ground
Option to soak cereal with favorite plant milk (coconut is easiest to digest)
Option to drizzle a small amount of honey to increase nutrition
