Breakfast

  • Sprouted Grains Cereal

    1 cup Sprouted Pseudograin (Buckwheat, Red or White Quinoa)
    2 cups clean filtered water
    Pinch High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)

    • Place in pot (preferably glass or stainless steel)
      Bring to boil

    • Lower to medium-low heat
      Cook until soft with a light texture

  • Sprouted Seeds

    2 tbsp Sprouted Seed (Pumpkin, Sunflower)
    High Mineral Salt (Celtic, Real, Himalayan, Sea)
    Filtered water
    Blender

    • Place seeds in blender

    • Add enough water to cover the seeds

    • Blend medium, occasionally increase to high
      ***preventing heat is crucial

  • Antioxidant Fruits

    1 cup Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries Pomegranate

    • Wash well

  • How to put together

    • Place cooked sprouted grains in your favorite bowl

    • Top with fruits & sprouted seeds ground

    • Option to soak cereal with favorite plant milk (coconut is easiest to digest)

    • Option to drizzle a small amount of honey to increase nutrition
